How we hire · Clear, respectful

A clear,
respectful
process.

Most candidates move from application to offer in two to three weeks. Every stage is transparent, every rejection is written by the hiring lead, and we never ghost.

01

Apply

~5 minutes

Submit your application in under five minutes. No account creation, no tedious forms — just your CV and a short note.

02

Screen

5–7 working days

A recruiter reviews your application within 5–7 working days. If there's a fit, you'll have a short introductory call to align on the role.

03

Interview

1–2 sessions

One or two targeted interviews with the hiring manager and the team you'd ship with. Practical conversations, not whiteboard puzzles.

04

Offer

48h turnaround

After reference checks and an open compensation conversation, you'll receive a written offer. No last-minute surprises, ever.

What we value · Principles behind the work

The principles
behind the work.

Three operating principles guide every decision — from how we hire to how we ship to how we disagree. They're written down, reviewed quarterly, and referenced by name in memos.

01

Outcomes over optics

We measure work by the results it delivers, not the hours it took. The memo that ships a decision matters more than the meeting that discussed it.

02

Built for South Asia

We design for emerging markets first — speed, resilience, accessibility. What works in San Francisco fails in Sylhet. We build for the latter, and the former comes free.

03

Bias for momentum

Ship, learn, iterate. Small bets compound into category-defining work. We'd rather publish a rough memo today than a perfect one next quarter.

From junior engineer to leading a product line in 18 months. The growth here is real — not promised in an offer letter, but actually delivered.

"
A workplace where designers are treated as equals to engineers. We're in the room when the architecture is decided, not after. Rare and refreshing.

The clients are ambitious, the standards are high, and the team genuinely supports you. Hard to find this combination anywhere in the region.

Many roles are hybrid or remote-friendly within Bangladesh. Each listing notes the expected location and travel pattern — if a role requires you to be in Dhaka HQ four days a week, it says so explicitly. For senior consulting roles, expect client-site travel across divisional cities roughly one week per quarter.

Four stages, two to three weeks total. Apply → Screen (recruiter call within 5–7 working days) → Interview (1–2 sessions with the hiring manager and team) → Offer. No take-home case studies that eat your weekend, no eight-round panels. Every rejection is written by the hiring lead.

For roles based in Dhaka, we cover relocation for returning diaspora and expatriate hires — visa processing, two months of temporary housing, and a flat BDT 150,000 settling-in grant. We don't currently sponsor work visas outside Bangladesh.

Every posting lists the salary band publicly — no "competitive package" hedging. We pay above market median for the practice, offer practice-level equity for senior roles, and review compensation quarterly against three external benchmarks. You'll know the band before you apply.

Yes, but we'd encourage you to apply to the one role that fits you best — the recruiter screen will help confirm whether that's the right match. If you're torn between two, mention it in your note and we'll route your application to both hiring leads.

Yes. Two of our 2024 hires came from non-traditional backgrounds — a literature graduate now in product research, and a former banker now in strategy consulting. We look for craft and curiosity over credentials. If your CV doesn't tell the story, use the 200-word note to tell it yourself.
